About Musya

"For many years I mistook discipline as ambition. Now I believe it to be more about consistency. Do get on the mat. Practice and life are not that different."

I embarked on my yoga journey in 2016 after looking for ways to cope with my busy and stressful work life and in seeking ways to stay fit and healthy. After discovering the remarkable transformations in my life – particularly a stronger connection with my body and being more spiritually and emotionally tuned to the world, I came to the realisation that I wanted to become a practitioner of yoga to help share the benefits of yogic practice with others.

Whilst I have a wide range of skills that help me to be an effective teacher, I believe my most valuable skills are patience, good communication, compassion and respect both for myself and towards my colleagues and my students.

Being warm and friendly, having good emotional intelligence and social skills and being able to connect with my students. I enjoy spending time to build good relationships with students, and I am keen to ensure that I make my classes as inclusive as possible to individuals of all levels.

I specialises in teaching Asthanga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha, inversion and gentle stretching with classes designed to be balanced but challenging, combined with hands-on assists, gentle encouragement to leave participants feeling both energised and renewed.
